Hostbeet.com provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All clients of Hostbeet.com are subject to the following terms of service:

Service Cancellation

We require our customers to submit a request for service cancellation through our client area system no later than one day before the service's due date as it appears on our system. In any case, a member fails to submit such request he will be held liable for all charges that are to be due at the service's due date (or one day before the due date, for that matter).

Refund Policy

We ("Hostbeet") offers our customers a 7 day money-back guarantee. This gurantee allows our customers to use our service risk-free.

HOSTBEET MAY OR MAY NOT PROVIDE A REFUND TO ANY CUSTOMER AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, DEPENDING ON THE SPECIFICATIONS OF EACH AND EVERY INDIVIDUAL CASE.

Refunds may be issued in cases when the product did not function as it should have or when we have failed to live up to our promises regarding the level of service. This will be decided by our sole discretion.

Refund is applicable for shared hosting, reseller hosting, sata vps hosting. Hostbeet don't provide any refund for domain registration, cloud vps and dedicated server
